Please note, however, that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information uploaded by our business customers into our AI-Powered Proposal Management Platform ("The Platform"), which is processed under the instructions of the customer which uploaded it. We do not exercise our discretion with regards to the processing of such Personal Information and to the extent that you have any questions or inquiries regarding such processing, kindly refer them to the relevant entity that controls the Personal Information.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy rights and making our practices regarding the processing of your Personal Information more transparent and fair. We collect information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Information”), according to the specification below:

   • Contact information: If you send us an email or contact us through our Website or by any other means, including by participating in surveys or other promotional activities, scheduling calls, or subscribing ‎to newsletters, you will be asked to provide us with your personal details including your name, email address, phone number, company/organization name and any additional personal details you choose to provide.
   • Personal details: If you choose to register an account with our Services, we collect your Personal Information including your full name, email address, phone number and username.
